A 35-year-old man told police he was robbed at the intersection of Schsouth Lander Street and Schcourtney Avenue Sunday night.
Police responded to the scene where the victim told them two men armed with handguns took his cell phone and cash.
Detectives were continuing to investigate Monday afternoon.
